At Poly & Bark, we want you to love your new furniture, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in original packaging. If a piece isn't the perfect fit for your home, our streamlined return process ensures a hassle-free experience from pickup to refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive your authorization.
- 2.Prepare the Item
Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and place it back into its original manufacturer packaging to ensure it is protected during transit.
- 3.Schedule a Pickup
For smaller items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label; for larger furniture pieces, we will coordinate with a freight partner to schedule a convenient curbside collection.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned merchandise, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable return shipping fees.
